The advice I wish I had gotten…

Whether you work in an office or are a stay at home mom, you know balancing competing demands is a constant challenge.

In part 2 of our 5-part series, we sat down with three Darien moms to find out what one piece of advice they wish they had received prior to having kids to better prepare them for the challenges of working and raising a family.

Check back in the coming weeks to hear their advice to other moms, what they would change if they could and funny anecdotes.

  • Erin has three children ages 5, 2, and 11 months. She is an attorney at a firm specializing in family law. She’s been a YWCA member since moving to Darien a year ago, and co-chaired this year’s Women of Distinction luncheon.
